Pace and splits
Whether pace held or fell apart, which kilometre it happened in, and what that pattern actually means.
Peakora reads the splits, the effort behind them, and where the session sits in your week — then tells you what your next run should be.

What Peakora analyzes
A slow pace with a low heart rate means something very different from a slow pace with a high one. The signals only make sense read against each other.
Whether pace held or fell apart, which kilometre it happened in, and what that pattern actually means.
Average and peak read against your own zones — not a generic chart built from someone else’s numbers.
Easy to Max, judged on more than pace. A slow run at high effort is not an easy run.
Last 7 days against your 28-day average. A 2× spike is visible well before it becomes an injury.
2.01 km of a planned 5.5 km at two minutes slower than target reads as 35% compliance, not a completed run.
Ends with the actual next session: the distance, the pace range, and whether to keep it as scheduled.

From numbers to meaning
You get a summary, pacing, effort, heart rate, training load, plan fit, recovery, and next session — as separate readings, not compressed into one score that hides the reasoning.

The Peakora difference
Peakora keeps the original workout data visible, then adds the training context needed to make the analysis actionable.
One workout, one clear next step
Conversational effort inside the athlete's current training week.
Shorter than planned, with effort higher than pace alone suggests.
Do not stack the missed distance. Continue the plan after recovery.
